What to know before you arrive.

To keep all our guests safe and healthy, we ask that all cats meet the following requirements before boarding.

Vaccinations All cats must have a current F3 or F4 vaccination, administered at least two weeks prior to boarding. Vaccination documentation must be presented on admission.

Parasite prevention Current flea, tick, and worming prevention is required. We're happy to apply an approved product on arrival at a small cost — or bring your own. Frontline, Advantage, or Revolution are all acceptable.

Desexing All cats must be desexed.

Medication If your cat requires medication during their stay, please label all items clearly with your cat's full name and detailed dosage instructions. There is no additional charge for administering medication.

Payment Accounts must be finalised on admission. We accept cash or direct bank deposit.

Inspections Inspections are welcome by appointment. Please refer to our opening hours to arrange a time.
